Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 Business Days.
All orders submitted by 2pm EST will ship out the same day Monday-Friday. However, in times of increased demand, orders can take up to 2 business days to leave the facility.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are Populated By The Shipping Carrier. Any inaccurate display of estimated arrival times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
As soon as we package and ship your order, you will receive a fulfillment email that will include your tracking number with the indicated carrier.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Mylar Connection, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Mylar Connection, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
